Catania Tour

Catania, you will meet your guide in Piazza Alcalà, located between the center of the city and the port. After a descriptive history of the city, you will visit a street market where you will find a vast array of products, fish, fruits and vegetables which takes us to Piazza Duomo. There, you will have a guided tour of the Cathedral, Elephant fountain, City hall palace, Badia of Sant’Agata, Fish market, via Crociferi and its majestic churches, Piazza Università with Palazzo Sangiuliano and Palazzo dell’Università, Piazza Stesicoro with the Amphitheater and the Massimo Bellini Theater.

Via Etnea between Piazza Stesicoro and Piazza Duomo with its historic buildings. There will be time to enjoy some typical Sicilian delicacies and some good Sicilian wine, amidst visiting gardens, museums, buildings, town squares, and monuments as well as some of the historic center shops.
