What data we collect

This website only collects the data voluntarily entered in the contact form: name and surname, email address, phone number, itinerary of interest and any notes. No special categories of data are collected and no user profile is created.

Why we use it

The data sent through the form is used exclusively to answer the request and to organize the guided visit. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request and, in case of a booking, for the period required by law. After that period the data is deleted.

Who receives it

Data is never sold or transferred to third parties. It may be processed by the email service provider and by the hosting provider, acting as data processors.

Cookies and third-party tools

The website is built with static pages and does not use its own profiling cookies. Any statistics tools or the consent banner, when enabled, are described in the dedicated cookie window, where choices can always be changed or withdrawn.

Your rights

At any time you may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and object to the processing, by writing to guidaturisticarg@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
